Street Light issues can be reported online to Evergy or 816-471-5275. You will need to provide the pole number which usually is "OG followed by 4 digit number" or the street location.
The City of Oak Grove maintains the decorative street lights along MoDOT Route F (Broadway) between 11th Street and 14th Street. The decorative lights within White Oaks Crossing is maintained by the White Oaks Development. All other street lights are maintained by Evergy within the city limits, outside city limits contact West Central Electric.
