Deposits and Equipment Prices
Deposits must be made within 5 working days of reservation and will be refunded 7-10 days after event. All cancellations must be made 30 days prior to scheduled event or deposit is forfeited.
Deposits:
Security Deposit: $100.00
Alcohol Deposit: $100.00

Room Rental Prices:
Residents: $300 for the first 6 hours
Non-Residents: $350 for the first 6 hours
Commercial Resident: $350 for the first 6 hours
Commercial Non-Resident: $400 for the first 6 hours
All additional hours: $40 per hour
Equipment Prices:
Chairs: $50.00
Tables: $50.00
Ice Machine: $20.00
Shelters/Pavilions Rental Information
The shelters/pavilions rent for $25 per day. We ask that you pay for your shelter within one week of making your reservation and then post your rental sign (provided) on the shelter at least one hour prior to when you start.
There is one shelter/pavilion at Webb Park, Frick Park and the Davis Memorial Center.
Open fires are permitted only in the available fireplace structures; open fires are prohibited anywhere else in the parks.
All trash and litter shall be disposed of properly in the available trash containers.
