This USSSA sanctioned baseball tournament is for any USSSA sanctioned baseball teams in Machine Pitch through 14 and Under. This will be a Class A/AA tournament.

Wii Bowling Tournament - Mar. 13
This Wii Bowling Tournament is a great one in the fact that you don't have to have previous bowling experience in order to participate! Everyone is welcome! Wii-motes will be provided for tournament use and prizes will be awarded to our winners. Please call the Parks office to register for this event by 5:00 pm on Friday, March 12th. There must be a shown interest in order for this to happen.

Puppy Obedience Class - Mar. 17 - Apr. 21
Is there a new puppy in your home that you want to start training right away? This class will help you out! Puppy class is for dogs from 8 weeks old to 5 months old. The dogs will learn to socialize with others and get a head start on their basic obedience training. Please make sure to have your dog up to date on vaccinations. No retractable leashes. Call to register in advance.

Hunter Safety Course - Mar. 20
This course will teach you and your children to be safe responsible hunters. Children must be at least 11 years old and show proof of age. Students will receive training of firearms, proper firearms use, hunting traditions, ethics, conservation, safe hunting practices and hunting responsibilities. Please call David Wyatt from the Department of Conservation to sign up: 655-6250.

Zumba Class - Mar. 23 - Apr. 27
Zumba is an aerobics class with a Latin accent. It is THE new and hottest thing sweeping the nation! Zumba is a name derived from a Colombian word meaning "to move fast and have fun." That is exactly what this class is about. You'll dance to music and not even realize that you're working out at the same time! Zumba has been reported to burn a sizzling 450 calories per hour! Along with the aerobic workout, you'll also work on strengthening your core muscles. This will be a six week class and run for one hour per night. Please register in advance.
