The City of Oak Grove will accept separate sealed proposals from qualified firms/providers interested in providing any one coverage or combination of coverages for the following insurance options: (1) Health Insurance, Vision, Dental Insurance; (2) Liability and Related Insurance Coverage Options; and (3) Worker’s Compensation Insurance.

Interested respondents must submit their broker profile by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 5, 2010, at the Oak Grove City Hall, 1300 S. Broadway, MO 64075.

Proposals must be received by and will be opened at 10:00 a.m. local time, on April 23, 2010, at the Oak Grove City Hall, 1300 S. Broadway, MO 64075. Proposal documents are available at the Oak Grove City Hall.
