Deposit must be made within 5 working days of reservation and will be refunded after the next Board of Aldermen meeting that follows your event. All cancellations must be made 30 days prior to scheduled event or deposit is forfeited.

Room Rental Prices
Residents: $300 for 6 hours
Non-Residents: $700 for 6 hours*
All *new* Non-Resident rentals are suspended right now and will not be put on our calendar until further notice. - 5/19/21
All additional hours: $50 per hour
*All Non-Resident rentals that include alcohol will be required to hire two off-duty police officers to provide security at event. Please contact our staff for more information.
We have round tables available for seating, long tables and chairs for up to 100 people max.

Pavilion Rental Information
We ask that you reserve your shelter at least one week in advance. There are two pavilions at Webb Park, one at Davis Center, and one at Frick Park. Pricing is as follows:
Webb 1 - $40 (all day)
Webb 2 - $30 (all day)
Frick Park - $30 (all day)
Davis Center - $25 (all day)
Open fires are permitted only in the available fireplace structures; open fires are prohibited anywhere else in the parks. All trash and litter shall be disposed of properly in the available trash containers.
